Cancellation
Registrations cancelled in writing at least 7 days before the event start date are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% processing fee. Written notice must be submitted to ASA by the deadline.
Cancellations by the registrant received after this point will not be eligible for a refund (except in exceptional circumstances as determined by ASA in its complete discretion).
