Based in Devonport, an exciting opportunity exists for a sonographer to join our friendly and supportive team. The position will be servicing the Devonport community-based Clinic as well as the Mersey Community Hospital, with rotating on-call and weekend requirements.

Devonport is a port city with an industrial past that has reinvented itself as a vibrant and creative city on a beautiful stretch of Tasmania's north-west coast. Devonport is located an hour's drive from Launceston, an hour's flight directly from Melbourne, along with daily sailings between Melbourne and Devonport on the Spirit of Tasmania.

The Role
Your new role will provide you with the ability to be able to explore different towns and work in clinics with an interesting mix of cases. You will have the opportunity to work in a private clinic as well as the public hospital with a team of experienced sonographers. Key responsibilities:
- Delivering high quality, accurate and efficient ultrasound services
- Working together with doctors, technicians and clinic staff to ensure smooth, seamless patient care
- Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards
What we're looking for:
- Registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
- Previous experience in sonography in a busy clinic or hospital environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
- Experience using Canon equipment desirable
- Recently qualified sonographers will be considered for this position
