    Thank you for your question, 

    ASA currently does not have many resources on DIE at this point, but it is something we have flagged as lacking, especially with the new Medicare item number. 

    A good starting place is https://www.endosonography101.com/. It has videos of scanning normal, mild and complex cases and lots of tips and tricks.

    Additionally, appropriate worksheets and reporting of these needs to be considered.
