2026 ASA Annual General Meeting
The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Australasian Sonographers Association (ASA) will be held at 7.00pm AEDT on Thursday 5 November 2026.
All ASA members are invited to register and attend online. However, only Accredited Medical Sonographer (AMS) Members are entitled to vote.
AGM agenda
The AGM will include consideration of the:
- Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting
- Directors’ Report for the year ended 30 June 2026
- Financial Report and Auditor’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2026
- Proposed amendments to the ASA Constitution
- Results of the 2026 ASA Board Directors Election and confirmation of General and External Directors
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the President and Chief Executive Officer.
Preparing for the AGM
Ahead of the meeting, members will receive an email with the online meeting link and supporting documents to review, including the Notice of AGM and agenda, 2025 AGM minutes, Directors’ Report, Financial Report and Auditor’s Report, and proposed revised Constitution.
AMS members who are unable to attend the AGM may appoint another AMS member as their proxy to attend and vote on their behalf, by submitting an Appointment of Proxy form.
